Our Technology
Advanced Freezing Technology
When food is frozen, the water inside it crystallizes. If freezing takes place at relatively warm temperatures, the ice crystals which form will be large.
Technoline blast freezers are designed to produces extremely cold temperature promoting very rapid freezing, which creates smaller ice crystals.
The smaller the crystals, the less damage to the food, as large crystals can rupture cells. Once the food has been frozen, it can be moved to a more conventional freezer for storage, as long as the freezer stays cold enough to keep the food frozen.
Technoline freezers can be equipped with custom made movable trays for positioning Food and they can also include an assortment of compartments for freezing.
Individual Quick Freezers offers quickest and large capacity freezing. The freezing takes place very quickly because each product unit is individually frozen.
The design minimizes the overall dimensions yet giving you the best throughput occupying lesser amount of space.
All components used in building the IQF are Food Safe.
